The room was spacious and clean. Loved the location! We will definitely be back again in the near future!
Overall, I am quite happy with my stay here. The rooms are fantastic and very spacious! Bed was very comfortable, and it was relatively quiet around the area. Staff is very nice! It's within walking distance is old downtown and the harbor area, which is a great place to visit! However, I did experience a few negative things. 1. I unexpectedly needed to stay another night in the area, and I asked if I could extend by stay by 1 night if they had availability. They did, but I was charged over twice as much for the second night as I was the first night. I'm not sure how a room can increase in price 2.4x in just 1 day. That seemed to me like price gouging. 2. The internet/WiFi is brutally slow. I would consider returning, but I would likely explore other options first due to the price increase we encountered on our second night here.
The staff was really nice and I thought the price was great! And the room looked so nice when we walked in but I noticed dirty towels in the closet when we got in so it made me question if the room was thoroughly cleaned before we entered. Other than that, I thought it was great.
The rooms are nicer than the exterior of the property would lead one to believe. Staircase was pretty treacherous when wet, which it was during my entire stay. The Staff was exceedingly courteous.
We always at Munras inn due location our favorite places when visiting the Monterey area. We also enjoy the open beam ceilings and spaciousness of the rooms. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay here! I was apprehensive because I had a negative experience at another Inn a while back. I was pleasantly surprised with Munras Inn! The central location made it easy to walk to eat, get coffee, go to the wharf, etc. Our room was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
The staff were so nice and the room was comfortable. The Inn offered a pleasant stay and easy access to restaurants, cafes, the beach, etc. It isn't measurably better than any of the other motels on Munras, though (which are slightly less expensive, and include breakfast :)).
honestly staff was really nice and rooms were clean. i think i was just unlucky and got assigned to a corner room with windows directly out to the street where people can see directly into the room the beds were ok, but i wished they gave real pillows instead of sofa square pillows. although clean, it gave an eerie vibe maybe the color or lighting idk…… only rec if you’re not coming solo

Short, honest notes are more useful than long ones. A few sentences about what worked, what surprised you, and who the hotel is best for will go a long way.
